Restoration and transformation of historic house overlooking Hampstead Heath.
Lathams designed and oversaw the remodelling of a historic house in the heart of Hampstead Conservation Area. Our work included the reworking of the lower ground floor to create two new ensuite bedrooms, as well as the addition of a contemporary garden room and entertaining space.
At upper ground floor level the living spaces were transformed to create a characterful living and dining space, with access to a balcony terrace, overlooking the private garden. The top floor was converted to provide a master suite including vaulted bedroom ceiling, dressing room and 'secret' ensuite bathroom.
